Shipping policy
We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping anywhere within the US. You may select a faster shipping speed at your cost optionally.
We are not ready to accommodate international shipping at this time.
Typically, it will take 1 business day to process your order but please allow up to 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours.
USPS Ground Advantage: 2 – 5 business days: FREE
Priority Mail – 1-3 business days: $8-$12
Occasional delays within USPS happen and are outside of our control – though we wish we had that kind of power!
IMPORTANT: Please double, triple check that your shipping address is accurate. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be intercepted to alter the delivery. Customers are fully responsible for inputting the correct shipping address before submitting orders and are responsible for any loss if the package cannot be recovered or for additional shipping costs to remedy the error.
If you did not receive your order, but USPS has reported that it was delivered, please email us at hello@ripplixusa.com as soon as possible. We will file a claim with USPS and will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
In the unfortunate event of damage to the package and goods, we will also need to file a claim with USPS. Please take photos and save all packaging and goods. Once in a while, USPS will request for these to be brought in to your local post office. We will offer to replace or refund your order.
