Refund policy

We hope you will love your Ripplix products and never want to let them go. But alas, sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Once in a while, things don't quite fit as we hoped.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. As long as the item(s) are in new, unused condition, we will provide a free return shipping label to you. You may choose between receiving a refund or an exchange. 

If you opt for an exchange, we will gladly ship you the replacement item at our cost once we receive your return.

If you opt for a refund, we will send it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All shipping costs are non-refundable, along with any credit card or PayPal fees. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@ripplixusa.com.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@ripplixusa.com with your order information - full name, order number, specify the exchange you would like or if you prefer a refund, and reason for return/exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label as well as instructions on how to package your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on clearance items.
